If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not worry. We will exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being in re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We ask to please have the original packaging and labels attached. 

Any items purchased with printed initials or surnames cannot be returned so they must be entered correctly on purchase.

If you need to return something, please complete the form on the Contact Us page of the website. You will have an option to either take the goods back to school or you can return to our office (please see opening hours). You can find all our details on the Contact Us section of the website.

Exchanges or refunds outside this period will be at the discretion of KL Schoolwear.
