Delivery
Our delivery charges are kept to an absolute minimum to cover our costs.
- Order value up to £80.00 - delivery cost £3.95
- Order value £80 plus - Free
We provide regular deliveries to all local primary schools. Any orders placed during school term time will be delivered FREE to your school for collection except for Chiltern Hills (see below). For school collection, during checkout you will be asked to include your child’s name and class in the notes section. Out of school term, items will need to be posted or dispatched via delivery drivers depending on the size of the parcel.
Deliveries will be made to Brushwood, Chartridge, Elmtree, Ivingswood, Newtown, Our Lady’s, Thomas Harding and Waterside every Monday during term time for pupils to bring home.
Unfortunately school pick up cannot be selected for Chiltern Hills Academy. If you select this option, you will need to collect from our office at an agreed time (see opening hours).
We endeavour to keep delivery charges to a minimum.
Delivery timescales
Please note that most school and club garments are embroidered and/or printed to order and will take a few days – you will be notified of the expected delivery date.
This may be to an alternative address and not to the address at which your debit/credit card is registered, you will be prompted to enter address details when completing your order details.
We despatch Monday to Friday and orders placed after 2.00 pm will not be despatched same day. We try to get all our orders dispatched within 2 working days, although this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Delivery of some club and school items may take longer due to their specialist nature, e.g. requiring embroidery or printing OR they may be a made-to-order garment. In these instances we will advise you by email of expected delivery dates.
- The product may also be out of stock at the time of ordering and will be listed as back ordered on your invoice. Your items will be sent as soon as we receive stock.
- If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready, unless you are advised otherwise.
